I have spent 21 years being the person who sees the chaos and knows exactly how to fix it.
That is not a personality trait. It is a skill set. And I built it inside real businesses, under real pressure, for founders who needed more than advice.
How I Got Here
I did not start out as a Fractional COO. I started out as the person inside growing companies who quietly made everything work.
For 21 years, I stepped into businesses at the moment things got complicated. The team was growing. The founder was drowning. Execution was everywhere and accountable to no one. And I was the person who came in, looked at the mess, and built the structure that made it stop.
I did that work for other people's businesses for two decades. I learned how founders think. I learned where the real breakdowns happen. I learned that the problem is almost never the people and almost always the structure they are operating inside.
At some point it became obvious: the founders who needed this work the most could not afford a full-time COO, were not ready for a big agency, and were not getting what they needed from coaching or consulting. They needed someone to actually step in and run the operational side of their business. Not advise. Not recommend. Run it.
So I built AVOM to do exactly that.
How I Work
There is a version of this work where someone hands you a framework, wishes you luck, and checks in monthly to see if you implemented it.
That is not what I do.
When I take on a client, I step in as their operational lead. I own the structure. I drive the implementation. I hold the team accountable. I stay until the system is running without the founder in the middle of it.
That means you get someone who is actually inside your business, not observing it from a distance.
It also means I take on very few clients at a time. This work requires real presence, real ownership, and real follow-through. I do not spread that thin.
I do not coach from the outside. I operate from the inside.
2 to 3 clients per quarter. Application only.
Every client gets the same level of operational ownership.
That is not a sales line. It is how the work actually functions.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
I am based in Miami. I work with founder CEOs across the country and remotely.
I started this business because I kept watching smart, capable founders hit a ceiling that had nothing to do with their ability and everything to do with their operating structure. I knew I could fix that. I had been fixing it for two decades.
What I did not expect was how much it would matter to me. Not just the systems part. The founder part. Watching someone step out of the daily grind and into actual leadership for the first time, that never gets old.
